I work with adults facing challenges such as OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and recovery from substance use. My training includes a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with a focus on holistic mental health, along with hands-on experience facilitating trauma recovery, DBT skills, and intensive outpatient groups. These experiences shaped my belief that therapy should be both compassionate and practical, helping people take meaningful steps toward growth.
At the Behavioral Wellness Clinic, I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, while also supporting clients with grief, stress, and life transitions. My style is person-centered and narrative in nature, which means I focus on listening deeply, honoring each person’s story, and working together to find new perspectives and possibilities for change.
Clients often describe me as calm and supportive, and I strive to create a space free from judgment where people feel respected and understood. I believe that when cultural values and personal beliefs are welcomed into the room, therapy becomes a powerful place for healing and discovery. Above all, my goal is to help clients feel more confident, resilient, and hopeful about their future.
