Morgan North, MFT

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating OCD, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and LGBTQ+ concerns. My background includes a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University and training with the Behavioral Wellness Clinic, where I now practice. I draw from CBT, FAP, IFS, EFT, and systems theory to create an approach that is flexible, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s needs.

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. My style is warm and genuine, and I prioritize honesty and connection so that clients feel comfortable being themselves. Together, we work as a team to uncover what’s getting in the way and to build strategies for growth, resilience, and more fulfilling relationships.

My passion for this field is rooted in my own life experience—seeing how therapy made a profound difference for people I care about during times of crisis. That inspiration continues to guide me as I help clients not only manage immediate struggles but also address the deeper roots of their challenges. I feel honored to walk alongside people as they discover hope, healing, and lasting change.
