Clinical Director

As Clinical Director at the Behavioral Wellness Clinic, I provide therapy, supervision, and consultation grounded in compassion and evidence-based care. I specialize in OCD (including taboo or misunderstood themes), PTSD, anxiety and depression, relationship and intimacy concerns, racial trauma and discrimination, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I’m licensed in both the US and Canada and also offer secure teletherapy so people can access care wherever they are.

My approach blends proven treatments—such as Exposure and Response Prevention (Ex/RP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Behavioral Activation, and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP)—with culturally informed care. I’m especially passionate about helping people who’ve been misdiagnosed or overlooked, including those struggling with intrusive sexual, harm, religious, or identity-related obsessions. In therapy, I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, gain practical tools, and move toward lasting relief.

Beyond my work with clients, I train and mentor clinicians in OCD and trauma treatments and contribute to clinical research to improve access and outcomes—particularly for communities that have not always been well served by mental health systems. Whether I’m teaching, writing, or meeting one-on-one, my goal is the same: to deliver effective, inclusive care that honors your lived experience and helps you build a life that feels safer, fuller, and more connected.
