I am a practicum student and intern currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in 2024, with academic training in psychological sciences, neuroscience, and human development and family sciences. This interdisciplinary foundation continues to inform my understanding of human behavior, relationships, and the mind–body connection, and shapes the way I approach clinical work.
My interest in mental health began early, grounded in a curiosity about how people grow, form relationships, and experience emotions across the lifespan. I bring this curiosity and care into my work at the Behavioral Wellness Clinic, where I practice under the supervision of Julian Finnegan, LMFT. Through my clinical training, I am developing a thoughtful, reflective, and client-centered approach to therapy.
I work with children, teens, and adults, supporting clients experiencing OCD, anxiety, trauma, and concerns related to early childhood experiences, interpersonal relationships, and family dynamics. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and long-standing patterns that may feel difficult to face alone. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to creating a warm, empathetic, and collaborative environment where clients feel safe, understood, and supported in their healing and growth.
