Registered Psychotherapist · Therapist

I work with adolescents and adults to help them build the tools and confidence to live fuller, more meaningful lives. I’m especially passionate about supporting people struggling with OCD, guiding them through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD—in a way that feels safe, structured, and encouraging. My goal is always to walk alongside clients with compassion as they take steps toward lasting wellness.

In addition to OCD, I have experience working with PTSD, schizophrenia, substance use, and the effects of domestic violence. My style is client-centered and integrative, drawing on CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and art therapy depending on each person’s needs. I believe therapy works best when clients feel seen, supported, and empowered, and I strive to create that kind of space in every session.

I care deeply about mental health in vulnerable and diverse populations, including youth and individuals facing co-occurring diagnoses. My background includes both academic training and hands-on work as a community support worker, where I provided care to people navigating significant challenges. At the heart of my work is a simple commitment: to help clients find strength, resilience, and hope, even in the midst of crisis.
