I’m currently working as Marriage and Family Therapist Associate at the Behavioral Wellness Clinic. I completed my masters degree at Southern Connecticut State University, where I learned various approaches and interventions to explore and understand relational dynamics. My passion for helping others grew from an early interest in relationships and family dynamics, and I’m excited to bring that passion into my clinical work with children, teens, and adults.
I have experience working with a wide range of populations such as teens, children, and adults. I enjoy supporting individuals and families through times of change. My clinical interests include OCD, anxiety, family transitions, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and mental health awareness. Under the supervision of Julian Finnegan, LMFT, I continue to deepen my skills and knowledge while working closely with clients.
In sessions, I often use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD and anxiety, but I also draw on a variety of approaches depending on each person’s needs. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges, build resilience, and discover new ways to thrive.
