Licensed Therapist & Clinical Supervisor

For many years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as OCD, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. My path began in youth services, where I saw firsthand how families can grow stronger when given the right support. As a certified Grief Recovery Specialist, I understand how loss shapes our lives and relationships, and I bring both compassion and practical tools to help clients move forward.

In my practice, I take a collaborative and systemic approach, always looking at people not just as individuals, but within the context of their relationships. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems models, and narrative therapy, while always tailoring my work to each person’s needs. Whether someone is navigating OCD, worries and fears, or family struggles, I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and encouraging.

What inspires me most is seeing clients discover strengths they didn’t realize they had. Change doesn’t always happen all at once—it can come quietly, through new awareness and perspective. I feel privileged to walk alongside people as they build confidence, gain freedom from challenges like OCD, and learn to approach life with more flexibility, resilience, and hope.
