Therapist

I work with teens and adults who are navigating challenges such as addiction, trauma, OCD, and life transitions. My path has taken me from studying psychology and criminology to living abroad for ten years in the Middle East, which gave me a deep appreciation for cultural differences and the complexities of gender and identity. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve written a children’s book on kindness and bullying prevention and serve on the board of Moms Against Marijuana Addiction (MAMA).

In the therapy room, I strive to create a space of acceptance and calm where clients can safely explore their struggles. I believe that the power for change already lives within each of us. By blending Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP) with evidence-based practices like CBT, I guide clients in uncovering their own strengths and learning tools for healing and growth.

Over the years, I’ve led outpatient programs, anger management and relapse prevention groups, and worked with clients facing the challenges of incarceration or reintegration. No matter someone’s background or story, my goal is the same: to help them find meaning in their experiences, move beyond limiting beliefs, and discover a greater sense of peace in their lives.
