About Behavioral Wellness Clinic

Specialized Mental Health Care, Trauma Recovery & OCD Expertise

Restoring Hope. Redefining Care.

At Behavioral Wellness Clinic (BWC), we meet people where they are—whether they’re taking their first step toward therapy or seeking help after feeling overlooked, dismissed, or misunderstood. Many who come to us have struggled to find care that truly suits their needs. We exist to change that experience.

Recognized across North America and internationally for our expertise in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, and complex mental health conditions, BWC is more than a clinic—it’s a place where people finally feel seen, heard, and supported.

Care That Feels Human

Mental health care should never feel cold or transactional. At BWC, we bridge the gap between rigorous science and real human connection. Our work is grounded in evidence yet rooted in empathy. We honor every person’s story and treat each individual with respect, dignity, and genuine compassion.

Grounded in Evidence, Centered on You

We offer proven treatments for OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and race-based psychological harm. Our approach is structured and purposeful: we set clear goals, use research-backed methods, and track real progress. We respect your time and energy, aiming to help you move forward rather than prolong your therapy unnecessarily.

A Place for Renewal

“Restoring Hope. Redefining Care.” isn’t just our slogan—it’s the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or learning to trust therapy again, BWC provides a safe place to rebuild and reclaim your life. We walk alongside you through every step of your healing journey, offering care that is as compassionate as it is effective.

A Full Hour Dedicated to You

Most clinics operate on a 50–53 minute therapy hour. Our clinic provides a full 60-minute therapy hour. We believe you deserve the complete value of your session time. Rather than scheduling appointments back-to-back, we intentionally build breaks between sessions so you can settle in, feel unhurried, and receive the full time you expect. For our 90-minute Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) sessions, we are especially intentional with how that time is used. Your therapist dedicates the final 30 minutes to practicing exposures together during the session—so you’re supported in doing the work, not left to figure it out on your own.
