I work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, PTSD, OCD, substance use, and relationship concerns. My path to becoming a therapist included work in sober housing, community agencies, schools, and hospitals, experiences that gave me a deep understanding of the many systems that shape people’s lives. As a clinical supervisor, I also enjoy supporting and mentoring new therapists as they grow in the field.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing from CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness. I also bring training in psychodrama, sex therapy, and culturally responsive care. Whether I’m working with an individual, a couple, or a group, I focus on creating a safe, nurturing space where clients feel understood and supported in moving toward their goals.
At the heart of my work is the belief that symptoms don’t define us—they’re often signals of deeper experiences and relationships that need attention. I see therapy as an opportunity to remove the constraints that hold us back and to create new possibilities for connection and healing. My greatest joy is walking alongside clients as they discover resilience, clarity, and the confidence to live the lives they want.
