Ontario Registered Psychotherapist

I first trained as a teacher, but it didn’t take long for me to realize my heart was in the one-on-one connections I built with people. That passion for listening and supporting others led me into the field of psychotherapy, where I now work with children (6+), teens, and adults. I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work, and I’m deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for clients.

My approach is flexible and collaborative. When working with OCD, I often use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), but I also draw from other evidence-based methods like mindfulness, DBT skills, or psychodynamic therapy, depending on what fits best for each individual. I see the therapeutic relationship itself as the most important factor in helping clients grow, so building trust and warmth is always at the center of my practice.

Outside of specific techniques, I care deeply about understanding each client’s unique background and experiences. I strive to practice in a way that is culturally aware, socially just, and inclusive of all identities. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, trauma, eating concerns, or challenges in relationships, my goal is to help them feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
