I work with children, teens, and adults facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. I also serve as a supervisor to other therapists at the Behavioral Wellness Clinic. My background includes master’s degrees in both Marriage, Couples & Family Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences, as well as extensive clinical work with veterans, families, and LGBTQ+ communities. No matter someone’s background or struggle, I strive to create a space that feels open, accepting, and safe for healing.
My approach is grounded in family systems thinking, which means I see challenges not as one person’s “problem,” but within the context of relationships and environments. I am trained in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Attachment Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I work collaboratively with clients to use their strengths as a pathway to change. Whether in individual, couple, or family therapy, I aim to help people make sense of their experiences and build healthier patterns.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a counselor, director, and educator, supporting clients from combat veterans to children navigating abuse and adversity. Across all of these roles, my belief has remained the same: every person has inherent value, and therapy can help uncover resilience, foster acceptance, and bring hope for the future.
